Greg Clarke
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director |   | Appointed in December 2002 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Greg has more than 20 years' experience in international business development and operations through roles including Vice President, Cellular (Paris) for Nortel Communications; Chief Executive Mobile, C&W Mobile plc; and Chief Operating Officer, then Chief Executive Officer, Cable & Wireless Communications plc.


He is a member of the Lend Lease Personnel & Organisation Committee.


Greg has a BA (Hons) Business Studies and MBA.

Ross Taylor
Chief Operating Officer |  | Appointed to current role in May 2007 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Ross joined the Company in 1985 and held several positions in Australia and Asia before being appointed as Managing Director of Lend Lease's Project Management and Construction business in 1995.


Through the acquisition of Bovis in 1999, Ross was instrumental in growing Lend Lease from a largely Australian-based company with offshore interests to a company of global scale. He was then appointed global Chief Executive Officer of the combined Bovis Lend Lease businesses, based in London.


In 2001 he also assumed responsibility for Lend Lease's development activities, and in 2003 he returned to Australia to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, and subsequently in July 2005 Chief Executive Officer of Retail & Communities.


He was appointed as an Executive Director of Lend Lease Corporation in December 2004.


Ross has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Queensland.

Steve McCann
Group Finance Director |  | Group Finance Director: appointed March 2007; CEO - Investment Management: September 2005 - December 2007; based in Sydney, Australia.


Steve has more than 15 years experience in funds management and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Steve spent six years at ABN AMRO, where his roles included Head of Property, Head of Industrial Mergers & Acquisitions and for the last three years, Head of Equity Capital Markets for Australia and New Zealand.


Previous roles also include Head of Property at Bankers’ Trust and a role in property corporate finance at Ord Minnett (now JP Morgan). Prior to that, Steve practised as a mergers & acquisitions lawyer at Freehills, Melbourne for four years. He also spent four years in a Chartered Accounting firm (now Deloittes) in taxation.


Steve holds a Bachelor of Economics degree (Finance major) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
