You can obtain information on your holdings or view your account instructions online. Simply click on the Registry website link above. For identification and security purposes, you will need to know your Holder Identifier (HIN/SRN), Surname/Company Name and Post/Country Code.

Annual Report Election

If you wish to change the method by which you receive the Annual Report from hard copy by mail to electronic notification, please log in to the Registry website on the link above.

Change of Address / Bank Details

To do this, you need to send written authorisation to the Registry quoting your securityholder reference number (SRN) or for CHESS holders your holder identification number (HIN) and sign your request.

Alternatively the link below will take you to the download forms section in the Registry website where you can download the appropriate form and fax or mail this into the Registry. It is not possible to complete this form over the Internet as your signature is required.

You may choose not to provide your TFN/ABN, but if you do not provide your TFN/ABN your distribution may be taxed at the highest marginal rate.
