Homebuyers in a spin about Delfin's new Axis
In a bid to address the growing challenge of housing affordability in Sydney, Delfin Lend Lease has unveiled an exciting new range of its popular Axis home designs - a collection of innovative and architecturally-designed detached homes.
Designed by Delfin’s architectural team, the new homes are available at Sydney’s Nelsons Ridge community, just near Parramatta, and cater not only to first home buyers, but also young and mature families, professional couples, and even empty nesters wanting to downsize with style.
The new Axis range features three different detached Torrens Title home designs which cater to homebuyers who do not want to share walls with neighbours, want to own their own land and do not want to pay strata fees. The homes will sell from $539,500 and range in size from 213sqm up to 236sqm.
The new designs are the result of collaboration between Delfin architects and builders to deliver high quality homes and finishes without a hefty price tag. The homes offer a turn-key solution for those wanting low maintenance living with quality design and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.
Nelsons Ridge Project Director Paul Melrose said the new Axis range had been very popular with homebuyers.
“Initially, homebuyers see that the Axis homes provide some of the most affordable Torrens Title house and land in western Sydney. Then upon inspection, homebuyers have been telling us that they’ve been impressed with the dynamic indoor and outdoor living spaces, which create vibrant areas to relax and entertain,” he said.
“The homes incorporate elements such as cathedral ceilings and two storey voids that create exciting living spaces, trendy kitchens, double garages, and a style of main bedroom you would only expect to find in a home twice the size.”
Axis homebuyers who exchange contracts for one of the new Axis homes launched in April, by 30 May 2008 will receive a premium Coco Republic Furniture Package or Daiken Air-conditioning Package to the value of $15,000 or a Sony Home Entertainment Package which will include Includes a 52" Full High Definition Bravia LCD Television, 40GB Playstation 3, Ultra Compact home theatre system and a 17" Blu-ray Disc VAIO Notebook.
Two of the new Axis homes are now open for inspection at Delfin’s Nelsons Ridge community in addition to the three existing display homes (previously launched). Located just seven kilometres from Parramatta’s CBD, and bordering the suburb of Greystanes, the new community covers 110 hectares and is expected to be home to 4,000 residents in 1,600 homes upon completion.
