Lowry Range

Lend Lease Communities has entered into an agreement with the Colorado State Land Board to develop the former Lowry Range. Located in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Lowry Range will offer almost 13,000 residential housing units ranging from condominiums to single-family homes, 260 acres of commercial space and 1,100 acres of conservation, open space and trails.

 | Project is estimated to bring $334 million to the Colorado School Trust over the life of the project.

 | A diverse mix of housing options will be presented, with a range of price points that will make Lowry Range available to a wide spectrum of buyers.

 | Lowry Range will include a Main Street-style town center, with blended retail, residential and commercial uses.

 | The project will focus on social, cultural, economic and environmental sustainability.

 | Lowry Range will be structured with walkable villages, or neighborhoods, each anchored by schools, parks and neighborhood retail.

 | Lend Lease Communities LLC was selected to develop the Lowry Range in December 2006. The development agreement was finalized in June 2007.
