 In the UK, the Communities market is only just emerging. We have had a presence in the UK market for a number of years through projects such as our joint venture at Greenwich Peninsula, which is now coming into production. In addition, we have two major landholdings under our control in the prime London and South East regions.
In 2005 Lend Lease acquired Crosby Lend Lease, and gained exposure to three key regional population centres as well as a platform for our UK Communities division. Over the last few years Crosby management has successfully taken a prestigious luxury house brand and transplanted its cache to the high density, inner urban sector through the development of apartments in the inner ring of cities such as Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham that are undergoing urban renewal. Typically Crosby's developments are well located close to retail services and transport.
