 The Public Private Partnerships (PPP) business comprises Actus Lend Lease in the US, the Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) business in the UK and PPP projects in Spain and Italy.
Actus Lend Lease, through the Military Housing Privatisation Initiative, creates high quality communities and homes for the US military using proven private sector design, construction, financing, environmental practices and asset management processes.
In the UK, Catalyst Lend Lease focuses on PFI projects in the public sector related to Education, Health, Waste and Government Office Accommodation markets. Under the terms of a typical PFI contract, Catalyst Lend Lease consortia will finance, design, construct and manage completed projects for up to 35 years. Vita Lend Lease is the Group’s facilities and estates management business in the UK, with responsibility for maintaining completed Catalyst Lend Lease assets for the duration of the PFI contract.
